Everything sold on Deftari is a digital file you download after buying; nothing physical is shipped.

We describe every resource accurately and show preview pages, and each listing states its format and length.

Buying a resource gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to:

• print it and use it with the students in your classes, with no limit on copies or years;
• show it to your students in class or on your class's closed learning platform.

The licence does not allow you to:

• resell the resource, give it away or share it with other teachers;
• upload it to public websites, channels or groups;
• claim it as your own, or modify it and sell it as new work.

Deftari keeps all intellectual property rights in its resources.

Prices are in Saudi riyals. Because digital files are delivered as soon as you buy, they usually can't be refunded, unless a file is broken or different from its description; then contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.

• When you buy: the cardholder name, the order amount and the resources bought, held by our payment provider, Moyasar.
• Payment details are handled directly by the payment provider; we never store card numbers.
• Your favourites and cart are kept in your browser only and never reach us.

We use your details only to deliver your purchases and answer your messages. We don't sell your data or share it for marketing.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing hello@deftari.com.
